Forwarding.live ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Forwarding.live platform and Telegram bot. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: username, email address, and hashed password when you register
Telegram data: Telegram user ID, username, and first name when you log in via Telegram OAuth
Google data: Google account email and name when you log in via Google OAuth
Payment data: subscription plan and payment status (we do not store full card numbers or crypto private keys)
Usage data: tasks you create, forwarding rules, and session activity

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the Forwarding.live service
To process payments and manage your subscription
To send you payment confirmation and renewal reminders via Telegram
To authenticate you when you log in

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with payment processors (PayPal, NOWPayments) strictly as needed to process your transactions.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure AWS EC2 infrastructure in the EU (Stockholm). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Session tokens are stored in HTTP-only cookies.

5. Cookies

We use a single HTTP-only session cookie (access_token) to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.
